Anyone who bought the Swiftpoint GT its time to upgrade !

Like many i bought the original swiftpoint GT at launch and this came with miniature mouse mats and other accessories. The one downfall of the mini mouse is it did not work well on white / glass desks. The Pad point is a great upgrade as it now appears to work on any surface and best of all its compatible with the original GT wireless receiver making the update even easier. This is finally the take to meetings mouse that the original mouse should have been.

Love it, but it takes some getting used to

I love it. So many nice touches. Love the way charging works - you just place it on the magnetic dongle. The rapid charge is great. I am always forgetting to charge things, but with this mouse, just a minute on the charger and you're good to go for a bit.

It does take some getting used to. When I first used it I wasn't sure I liked it. It seemed a bit awkward. But here you are using a mouse with an operating system that really wasn't designed for a mouse. It is not the same as using a mouse on your Mac or PC.

Working with it, I quickly picked up the tricks to using it and within a few days I was reasonably proficient at using it. Now I can't imaging using my iPad with out it.

Started out being unsure if I even liked it. Now that I've been using it a bit I love it.

Swiftpoint PadPoint Wireless Mouse

Super small/compact with an odd shape(as compared to a traditional computer mouse) but with a nice build quality(nothing feels cheap).

Pairing/connection process is standard and no different than any other modern device. Despite it's awkward appearance I was able to quickly adapt and feel comfortable using this. Everything felt smooth, fast, accurate, and on-point.

And despite it's tiny size I felt comfortable holding this for long periods. I was also able to quickly figure out the various button controls and to use those intuitively. Overall from my experience I enjoyed using this but I can also see how someone might not take to this very well (too awkward for their taste/too small for their liking).
