Wonderful product

The mouse is very adjustable and works wonderfully. You can adjust everything with the software and really can't name any disadvantages so far. The mouse is perfect for gaming (including fps shooters) and for working.

Perfectly Splendid

Having to work from home and go into the office occasionally, I found bringing my Z2 mouse with me very convenient. The case is wonderfully sturdy and holds all of the attachments securely. I don't have to worry about it getting damaged in my bag anymore.

Definitely Worth it

I probably wouldn't have bought this if I wasn't drunk at the time and thinking it would give me godlike powers in tarkov just because the price does feel high but i have to say I'm really glad i did. Although it didn't give me the ability to chad my way through raids it turn out to be much more comfortable in my hand than my old mouse (a G502 Hero) and the button layout has got me back in to mobas and doing better than ever before because it feels much more intuitive. Anyway, long story short, I'm really happy with the mouse and cant see myself going back to anything else.

I have been bought and purchased Swiftpoint products over several years. I feel that the value for money aspect has greatly reduced. When the product was first launched, it provided a USB Bluetooth dongle/ charger, now it just comes with a charger and you need to purchase the Bluetooth dongle separately. It also used to come with a foldable mouse pad and a magnetic stick-on the laptops and they have since removed those items from the product. The Bluetooth connection of the mouse directly with the laptop is also not stable dropping connection after a few months of use which eventually I had to purchase the separate Bluetooth dongle. The mouse doesn’t hold the charge as well, depleting the charger after the weekend. What started as a great product (in kick starter) unfortunately has lost its innovative steam, becoming a corporate cost-cutting company. Sadly this will be my last purchase from the company. There are now newer competitive alternatives available in the market.

Terrible Shipping

Like most adults I have a job and cannot simply leave my job to meet up with a delivery driver without warning. Well, I guess that's what Swiftpoint expects me to do since their delivery service (UniUni, never heard of it until now and it wasn't specified until after purchase) was incapable of delivering to an Airforce base. I'm going to try and reschedule the delivery but after 5 minutes of research my hopes aren't too high that I'll be successful. I'll update this review if I do manage to get it, but until then I feel others should be aware of this issue.

Seeing as I'm paying almost $200 for a mouse I would've been happy to pay a little more for a known postal service like USPS, UPS, or even FedEx, but instead I'm left hoping whatever this service is doesn't wind up scamming me.

Hi Jacob, thanks for the review and sorry to hear about your shipping experience. The team are working on getting this sorted for you asap and have reached out privately with an update and will keep you posted as we get more updates from our fulfilment team. Sorry again for the inconvenience and we'll do everything we can to make sure you get your mouse as soon as we can!

Great little productivity mouse

I've owned several Swiftpoint products over the years. Z1, Z2, ProPoint and now the GoPoint. Solid products all around that perform as expected. I'm using the GoPoint for my employees laptops and they much prefer it to using track pads. Bluetooth connectivity is solid and the charge lasts for days.

Wonderful product! When will the USB-C version be available?

Thanks for the review! We're currently working on a USB-C charger but haven't been 100% happy with the final results so still a few months away

I absolutely love this mouse. I've become reliant on it for productivity at work. I like it so much that I actually bought a second one to have one dedicated for the office and one to keep at home instead of having to transport it back and forth when I work from home.

It's indispensable when you have to perform repetitive tasks that would normally require alot of mouse movement and/or keyboard shortcuts. I also love how flexible/customizable it is. With enough creativity, it basically lets you bind any action, or short set of actions, to the mouse. And so much more I love about it, too many good things to list them all lol.

Best Mouse I ever owned, BUT...

Software: 1A+
Buttons: 1A+
Finger-Tip Ergonomics: 1A+
Functions: 1A+
Features: 1A+
Overall recommendation: Get one!

But now comes the BUT:

1. Why are there glued-on rubber pads? Swiftpoint guys: Those are crap and have already come off. And I’m far from being sweaty or dirty. Just make it a different texture of the plastic or whatever. Every soft rubber on a mouse WILL become greasy, sticky, or come off.

2. I don’t know if I got a weird model or if my dedicated black mousepad is the issue, but periodically, the mouse pointer starts to jiggle, jitter, flicker, and zap around in a 5-10 pixel-wide area. Like, super fast. As if you’d move the mouse randomly as fast as you could, but only in a tiny area. It goes away after giving the mouse a slight push, though. 125Hz up to 1000Hz doesn’t make a difference. It’s pretty annoying. I also can’t calibrate this sensor—only force and tilt can be calibrated. I have this on video if you guys want to see it.

Sadly, those two minus points made me land on a 3-star rating. I thought it was common sense in 2024 to not use rubber on a device we TOUCH. Why does no smartphone releases with rubber..? Because it gets sticky, greasy and comes off. :/
The jittering issue must be rare or unknown—I haven’t read about it in the reviews. But it’s super (!) annoying, and I was this close to returning it.

Still, I’d buy it again. I worked in R&D myself, and you guys are on the right track. The software alone is reason enough to support you (would love to have it open-sourced to be able to contribute/customize), and the overall button placement and possibilities are 100% unmatched. I hope you have the best success possible. Feel free to contact me about these issues. I can provide pictures/videos if you’d like to have them.

Cheers from Switzerland o/

Z Best Mouse Ever

Z2 is almost exactly the same as the original Z with some post-production polishes.
Don't mistake this for the team being lazy or greedy. They simply got it right the first time and improved based on the feedback.

This is, without a doubt, the ultimate gaming/work mouse you can find, and the only improvement I can think of is going wireless.

Swiftpoint Z2 review

I really like the customization and the swappable buttons but the mouse need more grip to pick up the mouse mid-game. That and the grips are falling off after only a couple months of having the mouse.

so far, soooo good

Finally opened my Z2 and have been pleasantly surprised. More buttons that I remember reading, capabilities I didn't realize it had (programming things like copy/paste to buttons), it truly is pretty massive for a mouse so it fits my hands (pretty large) really well.
Overall been very comfortable and satisfied with the purchase at this point.

Z2 Review

Mouse shape and buttons are amazing, deep click is fun, software very easy to use as long as you don't do macros, if u do macros it gets a bit harder. I have an issue : the plastic patches on the side of the mouse don't fit well and it feels like they could fall off

Amazing software

Like I said, the Software and ergonomics are perfect!
The only downsides are Material usages, I have the Z2 for only 2 months now, and I can already see ware offs on the Materials, such as Plastic and Rubber. (in my opinion, a bit overpriced)

Besides that, great functioning Mouse.

Almost perfect

I mostly have no complaints. The mouse functions really well and I love all the extra buttons and haptics. Fits my hand perfectly.

The only issue would be the soft rubber side grips. Both have slipped off of the mouse and the adhesive seems to be ineffective. You can push them back in and they work for a while, but will fall off again.

Very good mouse

I am a fan of heavier mouses and the z2 is really comfortable with a set of features I didn't know I couldn’t live without. The rubber grips fell off very early, but support was great and sent me replacements swiftly. Would recommend

Interesting and different

Overall I like the concept very much. The flexibility is impressive. My one reservation is that I’m more used to being my thumb as a modifier (alt, ctrl, shift and chording). The z2 has great options for fingers. Deep click is great although not as useful on the two main mouse buttons as it is on others as MB1 and 2 often have special roles when held and it’s hard to assign an independent deep click function that doesn’t also trigger the main button function. The main issue for me is having only 2 thumb buttons and no deep click on either. I’d be 5* review if there were 4 or so thumb buttons with deep click functionality.
